Speciality of Punjab. The Tawa dish comes on its own griddle plate. Our own creation which is proving very popular, a wild but elegant combination of herbs and spices, with tamarind sauce, garnished with chopped onions, tomatoes, fresh coriander and green chillies. All Tawa dishes are medium hot unless mentioned otherwise.

Grilled King Prawns cooked on Tawa with coarsely chopped onions, tomatoes, and fresh coriander, which elevates this delicacy from the ordinary to a gourmet's delight.

Chicken pieces cooked on the Tawa with coarsely chopped onions, tomatoes, fresh coriander flavoured with crushed peppercorns. Fresh baby spinach is then added to make this into a delicious dish.

Garlic Chicken Jhalfrezi Tawa     £10.95

Dry roasted peppercorns, green peppers, chopped onions and strips of Tandoori chicken Jhalfrezi, stir fried. Fairly hot.
